• “What would you like ChatGPT to know about you to provide better responses?”

• “How would you like ChatGPT to respond?”

Fill these out with purpose. For example:

• Know about me: “I’m a tech-savvy small business owner who runs a managed IT and cybersecurity company. I focus on SMBs and prefer concise, actionable advice.”

• Respond like this: “Be professional but friendly. Use bullet points when possible. Keep explanations under 3 paragraphs unless I ask for detail.”
